Tawi Tadka Noida's Finest

"As a true foodie always keen to explore authentic regional eats, my visit to Tawi Tadka was a delightful and flavourful experience that earns a solid 4-star rating. This spot has carved out a nice niche for itself by offering a variety of Kiladi and Siddu options that add an interesting Himachali/Jammu twist to typical casual dining in the area. What we ordered is Kiladi Kulcha, Kiladi Siddu, Pahadi Siddu, and Tea, showcased the diversity of flavours this place can deliver. The Pahadi Siddu stood out in particular, with its soft texture and authentic taste that felt comparable to what you’d find at legacy Himachali outlets, it was clearly made with care and executed very well. The Kiladi Siddu and Kulcha were unique and enjoyable, though I felt they still have room for improvement in terms of spice balance and depth, giving them slightly less wow factor compared to the siddu itself. Still, having a Kiladi-inspired item in Noida’s casual dining scene is a treat for flavour seekers. The taste of the food overall was very good, comforting, homely, and satisfying, especially for those who enjoy regional Indian snacks and steamed delights. The siddu, in particular, was up to the mark and definitely a highlight of the meal. The ambience is casual and friendly, perfect for relaxed meals with friends or quick bites. It doesn’t feel overly upscale, but it’s clean and welcoming, with a focus firmly on hearty food rather than fancy décor. The menu variety goes beyond just Kiladi and Siddu, giving you plenty of other options to explore next time you visit. All in all, Tawi Tadka is a great choice if you’re in Noida and craving comforting Himachali/Jammu-inspired eats in a casual setting. The siddu here absolutely hits the mark, and while the Kiladi items could be refined further, they’re still worth trying for their unique flavour profile. Looking forward to returning and trying more from the menu!"

"Sumptuous meal at Tawi tadka by Chef Puneet. Not only the ingredients were fresh but were made from scratch. Recommend Rajmah chawal and Kaladi Kulcha made with homemade Kaladi. A meal like this is served in 5 stars, getting such fresh and sumptuous meal at affordable prices is rare. Looking forward for more outlets of this in Gurgaon."
